Experience Epic Culture Engagement with the Team
We believe that " 'we' is more powerful than 'me.' "
This core value is all about building each other up through our culture and working together. We empower our team to unleash their inner champions with the aid of others, helping them reach their professional and personal goals! We do this by creating an environment that’s bursting with community, culture, and connections. With support and teamwork, we foster the confidence and collaboration to do amazing things, both in and out of the office.
These elements aren’t just part of working at Epicosity, they are at the core of it. We know how important collaboration and connection are as an employee at our agency because for us, belonging matters.
Dive into some of our favorite culture-rich events throughout the year at Epicosity.
Culture in the Office
It all starts at the Epicenter.
From weekly events like Craft Beer Fridays to annual fun like our Spirit Week, there’s always something happening at Epicosity to keep the energy high. Our calendar is jam packed with activities that bring us closer together, celebrate each individual’s achievements, and make every month in the office a memorable one.

Giving Back
As a team, we work to support a new charity every quarter, from Teddy Bear Den or the Banquet to the Oaklyn Foundation. Sometimes we send volunteers from our office, and other times we collect donations.

Team Bonding
The fun doesn’t stop when we leave the office! We love to pick a few days each month to step out and enjoy team-bonding adventures.
In the warmer months of the year, we soak in vitamin D in parks across Sioux Falls, diving for volleyballs in the sand, paddling pickleballs across courts and keeping ourselves active.
This summer, we had a special opportunity to trade the heat for a blast of cool. We joined our own Vice President of Finance Sarah Kolbeck on the ice to learn curling with Sioux Falls Curling. The team had a blast learning to launch themselves and the stones across the ice.
Our team excursions extend beyond physical activity year-round — the camaraderie and experiences are key.
Each annual family picnic is a highlight of the year, bringing everyone together — not only the employees but also their spouses, children and other family. It’s a time for connection and laughter.
Sarah Kolbeck
Engagement at these events and beyond brings the team closer together, fostering better collaboration on and off the clock.
