Eric is the agency’s coach, compass and leader. He can also be described as a serial entrepreneur. He heads up the effort to provide strategic vision for the team with his intensely smart business mind. Under his leadership, the agency has twice been named to the Inc. 5000 list, as well as one of Prairie Business magazine’s 50 Best Places To Work. In his down time, Eric loves mountain hiking and nature in general. But not as much as he loves being a husband and dad. Eric has a degree from the University of South Dakota.
Justin leads a culture that values the creative ideas in everyone and never likes to settle for anything short of the agency’s very best. He routinely inspires our clients by showing how taking big creative swings can drive business results. Before starting his career, Justin attended the University of South Dakota. Besides leading our Inc. 5000 company and seeking out the blandest of foods, he’s a sports nut and claims he’s a 12-time fantasy football champion. No one believes him, but that’s okay.
VP of Creative Services
Scott has wandered through the wilderness of the upper Midwest throughout his career, but we’re supremely grateful he settled in here in Sioux Falls as our resident creative director. A graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, Scott sets the bar high for creative output at the agency, taking the leadership role on branding endeavors and guiding marketing approaches that are worthwhile, effective and singular. That is, when he’s not displaying his biting sense of humor or downing a craft beer or two with the team on a Friday afternoon—did we mention Scott is also a connoisseur of all things beer? Consider the figurative—and literal—bar raised.
VP of Client Relations
Tenacious. Detailed. Organized. In the case of Heather, it’s all of the above. She’s one of the best in the business at helping clients grow their sales and their brand. And we love how she rolls up her sleeves and gets after it. Heather is marketing chair for the Sioux Empire Staters Board, Junior Achievement volunteer, as well as Past President of the South Dakota Advertising Federation. Her natural curiosity combined with her uncanny ability to keep at least 25 balls in the air makes her truly amazing. Heather holds a degree from South Dakota State University.
VP of Operations and Innovation
You might say that Chris was born at Epicosity. He started here as an intern, and because he was such a rock star, he’s still here leading our dynamic digital team. He has more digital certifications than we care to mention and he’s super-pumped when he can prove the results of his team’s hard work. What energizes Chris? Playing guitar, snowboarding, and having the opportunity to work in the ever-changing world of digital marketing. Chris is an alumnus of South Dakota State University.
VP of Finance and Talent
Sarah is our master of process and operations. She’s been known to have at least nine spreadsheets open at the same time. If that wasn’t amazing enough, she excels at keeping everyone and everything in the office moving with the accuracy of a Swiss watch. Which is sort of like herding cats, if that helps you appreciate her accomplishments. Sarah loves a challenge. Not to mention camping and curling. She is a graduate of Colorado Technical University.
With a background in sales and client relations, Tiffany brings an ability to gain insight into customers for her clients. In previous positions, Tiffany managed inside sales, as well as new-business development, project management and account relations—not to mention a brief stint in the fields pollinating corn. And when she’s not making clients’ lives exponentially easier, she’s hitting the hiking trails with her husband or getting in some quality crafting time.
With a background in ad sales and client services, Chris has a head for communications that lends itself to the top-notch service he provides his clients on a daily basis. When he’s not hitting the outdoors to take in some hunting, he’s coordinating client work, assisting on scalable strategies and improving processes for Epicosity’s customers.
With a degree in journalism and consumer affairs and a background in client relations and marketing management, Suzanne brings valuable communication and management to her clients. When she’s not bringing fresh campaign strategies to her roster of brands, Suzanne is spending time with her husband and daughter, experimenting with new recipes for her InstaPot or getting in some painting time—strictly walls, not canvases!
Where She Learned Her Stuff: South Dakota State University
Luke’s background is in the newspaper business, which is about as far away from his current role as you can get. But all his experience is not lost – it turned him into a fantastic storyteller. Luke is a graduate of Augustana University and thrives on bringing authentic, relatable ideas to the table so clients can grow their brands in new, exciting ways. When he’s not overseeing our digital creative work, he spends his time watching movies. As a result, he possesses a ridiculous amount of knowledge of all things Oscars. Just try to stump him.
Katie’s a particular specialist at writing conversationally—like people truly talk. That’s what makes her an asset on any creative team. As one of Epicosity’s creative directors, her goal is to articulate complex concepts into messages that are digestible and brand-centric. With strong agency and in-house experience under her belt, she’s a valuable mind on any creative project.
One look at her work and it’s easy to see that Reva is an incredible designer. She thinks things through. She’s efficient. And she has an eye for greatness. But it’s what you can’t see about Reva that’s also pretty cool. She’s into kickboxing and is adept at the piano, mandolin, guitar and alto sax. That alone makes her the most interesting person at the office. If you’re lucky enough to work with her on a project, you’re in for something special. Reva is a graduate of Southeast Technical Institute.
Amanda has a unique, positive energy that supercharges everything she does. To her, every project is an opportunity to be better. Design is in her blood and her work has been featured everywhere from award shows to art galleries. Combine that with an eagerness to learn fueled by various design conferences and we have a budding star on our hands. When she’s not designing, you can find her listening to the Beatles, going to concerts, eating ice cream and slugging back a giant cup of coffee. She holds a degree from the University of South Dakota.
Kristene’s love of all things art informs her awesome abilities at designing the best creative work for our clients—down to the last, minute detail. As art director, her goal is to create impactful visuals in everything she does and guide the design squad toward truly intentional results. With a strong background in print and a flair for color, she’s an apt leader for stunning deliverables.
Interactive Design Director
Seth bakes a high-quality user experience into every piece he designs, from fully functioning web destinations to instantly clickable digital advertising avenues. When he’s not developing surefire design solutions for Epicosity’s clientele, he’s grabbing a skate or snowboard and partaking in a bit of extreme sporting.
Business Development Strategist
Thanks to a stellar ability to put his people skills to good use on incoming client leads and nurturing positive relationships from day one, Justin brings his personable attitude to the table on a daily basis for the business development team. When he's not hitting the phones offering up Epicosity's top-notch marketing services, this Utah native and unabashed Jazz fanboy prizes multi-tasking, work ethic and (above all) authenticity in everything he does.
Media Buyer / Planner
You have an audience to reach. Tom has a knack for leaving no stone unturned as he diligently plans a strategy, negotiates rates with gusto, then analyzes everything to make sure you not only reach that audience, but do so with an off-the-charts return on your media investment. To put it more simply, Tom is the guy you want on your side to get your message out to the right people at the right time. When he’s not combing through your media buy with a fine-tooth comb, Tom is a rabid consumer of sports and likes to wash it down with a tasty craft beer.

Travis is one of the most passionate people you’ll ever meet. His appreciation for storytelling and driving desire to push himself professionally can only lead to one thing – amazing work. He takes everything into consideration – frame composition, set design, lighting, color grading, and sound design – with each and every project. On the personal side, Travis is a family guy to the core. His girls are incredibly lucky. He earned his degree at the University of South Dakota.
Web Development Director
Think of Tiffany as a pioneer. Not in the truest sense like Daniel Boone is a pioneer. But Tiffany started doing web development back in 1996 when web development was in its infancy. She founded and managed an early community of developers that grew to 800+ members during her tenure. Today, we’re proud to say she’s an integral part of Epicosity where she brings solutions to life. In her free time, Tiffany runs a non-profit horse rescue. She is a graduate of Killian Community College.
Bringing a significant background in healthcare marketing to the table, Jay is a master strategic organizer with a knack for keeping clients happy as part of our crew of account executives and client relations specialists. When he’s not developing actionable strategies for clients, he’s getting in some quality time with his wife and three kids—or plugging away at his favorite video games. Jay’s previous work included graphic design and marketing coordination in the healthcare industry.
Sam sets to work delivering tailor-made digital solutions for clients of every shape and size. He comes to Epicosity with a deep history of content strategy and creation that he uses to help shape targeted, effective brand messages. An Augustana University graduate with a double major in English literature and government and international affairs, he's a movie buff who loves to take in a flick with his wife and son—especially anything Tolkien. When he's not focused on the stories of Middle-Earth, Sam is out collecting the stories of real people. He believes everyone has a story that's worth telling and wants to hear from people who are proud of theirs.
Our digital strategist Aaron lets his curiosity run amok in the best possible way—to pinpoint novel ideas that will make sense for each and every one of his clients here at Epicosity. A background in design, project management and web help give Aaron an eye for spotting digital opportunities in clients’ online presences. He’ll be glad to set aside his road biking and craft beer regimen for a few moments to offer up campaign strategies with workable, results-driven solutions.
Let’s talk about versatility for a moment. Brandon oversees production at Epicosity and does it through a different lens than most. Having previously worked as both an account executive and graphic designer, he is able to look at things holistically. That translates to greater efficiency and attention to detail. Brandon is also known for bleeding Epicosity green and is hugely involved with shaping the office culture. And if you ever need fantasy football or baseball advice, he’s your guy. He holds a degree from South Dakota State University.
Elise may have studied chemical engineering, but her true calling card is scientifically proven high-performing, high-functioning websites. As our resident web developer, Elise has heaps of coding and system administration experience and, in her spare time, gets in some recreational shooting, horseback riding and child-wrangling.
For tackling some heavy coding and relational database work, you need a Tony on your team. With a background in software development, Tony enjoys dabbling in app building and unit testing when he’s not lifting, hiking or indulging in his self-proclaimed donut addiction. Your website is in good hands with this epic developer.
You want a compelling story? Look for Peter. A self-proclaimed film and documentary junkie, Peter thrives on taking viewers on a journey filled with beautiful images and dramatic lighting. His media and journalism background is evident in his work through and through. When he’s not making videos for Epicosity, he’s shooting super8 film and taking photos. Go figure. Peter is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and loves anything to do with the outdoors such as rock climbing, hiking, camping, fishing and biking.
Thanks to a healthy curiosity and a penchant for creating work with impact and storytelling panache, Cassi knows how to make a mark with a video project. When she’s not cooking up some fresh vegan recipes or getting in a round or two of pilates, she’s supporting Epicosity’s video efforts with big ideas and novel execution.

Marley’s academic background in strategic communication and journalism lend themselves nicely to her position here at Epicosity. Tackling coordination of client needs and projects, she’s focused on producing results for the teams with whom she works. When she’s not traversing the globe as a world traveler, she’s striving to exceed marketing partner expectations on a daily basis.
Digital Media Coordinator
Skylar helps clients get the most out of their digital spend. With her master's in business administration, Skylar brings to the Epicosity team a background in business, marketing and graphic design. She's a self-proclaimed "foodie" who loves to hunt for new and interesting cuisine experiences, and, when she's not testing the limits of her tastebuds, you can find her hiking the trails or playing one of her many favorite sports. When she's not getting adventurous in the kitchen, she's executing on the provable value in Epicosity's agency-wide digital strategies.

When she’s not giving into her Pinterest superfandom, she’s offering up stellar customer service to clients, supporting the agency’s staff and pitching in on Epicosity’s event-planning efforts. The face of the front office has a background in marketing and graphic design and prides herself on delivering a positive and upbeat attitude to the workplace—and the quickest way to her heart is challenging her with a new culinary experience.
