South Dakota Housing Development Authority came to us needing to bring consistency to their brand. We started by building a following where people would see them as experts at all things related to buying or renting. After starting with a bold new look, we reached into our unconventional bag of wisdom and created compelling content to position SDHDA as the subject matter expert on buying or renting. With a robust digital strategy, we pushed out a series of eBooks and social posts that grew both SDHDA’s database and awareness.
